I think there's always something to look for behind what you show to us Doc. So I went and learned that hazel tree is the symbol of wedding and fertility. Those two words, in their first sens, will stay words for me. That was a choice and right now I don't regret it. I'll see later if that will change. Great Friday to you Doc and Thanks again for all.
as children we use to draw faces on them, and paint their tiny hats. For Christmas we decorated the tree with fresh pine cones, they cracked and popped near the warm xmas lights. Wood logs decorated with candles, a fire hazard but lovely. Living in the West doesn't offer enough cold and snow to build our ice sculptures, which we are so well known for in Quebec, or our pure maple syrup tapped from Maple trees. Nature has always given us everything we hold dear to our hearts. I'm dreaming of a Maple Cream Sugar Pie with whipped Chantilly cream. This year I'm celebrating the holidays in a forest cabin, even if it kills my budget LOL
