Are we sure we want to attain enlightenment?
Just imagine you and I had all entered the state of enlightenment. We would be feeling all grateful and blissful and nothing else, not even a trace of negativity or doubt. Then, except for repetitively acknowledging the beauty in all things around us, what else could we talk about? Most likely, instead of saying anything, we’d be better off just watching some small creek quietly flowing between rocks, or gazing at the white clouds serenely hanging on ... |
